LITERATURE- THG maintains a literature file in support of it's product line. Specification sheets for all products may be downloaded from the web site by clicking on the product in the "PRODUCTS" section.
SERVICE AND PARTS- THG maintains stock replacement parts for all products. Contact THG at 1-802-394-2518 for details. Before calling, be sure to check the model number and serial numbers on your unit. You will find the numbers on the product label on the unit. These numbers identify the exact model and revision level in order to insure proper parts for your unit. ANY unit involving warranty repair must be returned at the buyers expense, after THG has issued a return authorization. The return authorization will be issued after verification of warranty .
WARRANTY- THG warrants all products under a limited warranty program. A copy of THG warranty is included with every unit shipped, with sales date inscribed for warranty honoring verification. it is necessary to establish date of sale for warranty verification.
